1Place an order: The customer provides information related to export goods and places orders on the platform.

2Chartering space: The platform receives orders uniformly and is responsible for chartering and booking space. The customer entrusts the freight forwarder to handle the chartering and booking matters. However, the booking results should be fed back to the platform in time.

4Export declaration: The platform receives orders uniformly and makes customs declaration. (Note: if the customer entrusts the customs broker by itself, it is required to send back the "special copy of customs declaration form for export tax rebate" within 2 months from the date of export declaration of goods.)

5Foreign exchange write off: The customer has a virtual sub account named after the English name of the customer's enterprise, and can query the collection of foreign exchange without providing water bill proof.

6Settlement: After the customer initiates settlement, the platform remits the corresponding settlement funds to the customer account.

5The customer shall handle the certificate of entrusted export goods locally: The customer must send the certificate of entrusted export goods to the designated place of the platform within 2 months after the export of goods.

6The platform issues the certificate of agency export goods: After receiving all relevant materials, the platform will complete the handling of the certificate of agency export goods and return it to the customer within 7 working days.

7Tax refund and exemption declaration: The customer shall apply for tax refund (Exemption) locally, and the deadline for declaration is April 30 of the next year from the date of shipment.

8Foreign exchange write off: The customer enjoys a virtual sub account named after the English name of the enterprise, and does not need to provide water bill proof to query the collection of foreign exchange in real time.

9Settlement: After the customer initiates settlement, the platform remits the corresponding settlement funds to the customer account.

6Document review and payment: After the goods are loaded on board the ship, the Seller shall negotiate the payment with the local bank against the bill of lading and other relevant documents. When the negotiating bank sends the documents, the bank shall notify the customer to pay the redemption document after it is verified to be correct.

7Commodity inspection: The platform receives orders uniformly, and carries out commodity inspection for legal inspection and quarantine commodities or commodities that need inspection and inspection certificate issued by quarantine institutions according to the contract.

8Import declaration: The platform receives orders uniformly and makes customs declaration.
